      Good company culture and people first approach

      Cons

      Policies are good but toxic managers don’t let you benefit from 8 week remote work or flexible working hours. Indian offices are especially toxic and too much office politics

      Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in the office on a Zoom call, sitting next to the people you're on a Zoom call with.
