      Pros

      Very good company to start your career. All employees there like a family to me and very helpful. Very friendly environment, every senior and even MD and CEO also was very mixing and good. I have enjoyed a lot over there. Especially trips and outing.

      Cons

      Every company has cons so it has also. Management is quite strict. But I think that is for employees good only.

      Work pressure. Even has to work Ot without Extra pay, Even have to work on weekends.

      No pros.....company looks good from outside....from inside, its a mess.....lots of incompetent people have gone to the top especially so called CTO....

      Cons

      . Vision-less Unethical Top management. 2. Non meritorious boot-licking culture. 3. Non timely payment of salary- Expect a delay of 10-15 days every month. 4. Promoter driven company- Top management consists of members of a family-No scope for an outsider to reach the top no matter how well he performs. 5. Extremely high attrition rate. 6. The performance bonus is never paid. 7. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than Government Company.
