      KPO is company's primary business, so most people caring that attitude,developers please stay out. pay scale sucks, office infrastructure sucks, they don't have place for even interview, they make personal interview public. micro management.

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
