Pros
Good learning opportunities, Good exposure into E-commerce ecosystem
Cons
Think twice before joining Delhivery if you fall in the salary bracket of >10 LPA. The company treats its employees as slaves and a cost center. They just don't care about talent or employee's life at all. There are some really stupid people holding key positions earned totally through nepotism and sycophancy. I was at the mid-management level and joined Delhivery after various promises about growth and learning were given to me. After 6 months of mindless run directed by a 'VP' they realized that nothing is happening and it's only a cash burn. Rather than doing any thoughtful correction, they just start firing people who ask good/difficult questions. They have a cyclical hiring and firing policy which revolves around Diwali. Idiots are busy 'designing the product' when they know nothing about product management but are able to hold on because they 'know' people. CEO is the only genuine guy, rest are just building castles in the air. Joining Delhivery was a stupid mistake but it did give me a learning about how some companies are being run and why everyone deserves a better life.
