The hiring process is easy as the hiring is done without proper planning and evaluation. However you can buy cheap products from company outlets but this is not the reason you join a company.
Cons
It is one of the worst company to work with no job security people are hiered and fired without planning. Environment is discouraging and teams are not treated in terms of performance but favourites
