      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits, flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Low quality engineers, mostly ex-Microsoft veterans who don't know how to work with internet scale product, many of them using a macbook for the first time and struggle with basic unix stuff. They bring in red tapes and politics.

      Pros

      Recognizable Brand, Accelerators to increase commission. Good co-workers. Product is widely viewed as the industry standard.

      Cons

      Expensive vs Competitors, Sales in certain verticals has becoming increasingly difficult since changes. Often sales reps are in competition with DocuSign's website/marketing initiatives which undercut sales opportunities and provide 0 credit to sales rep. Even though DocuSign does more than e-signature, it is widely seen as just a e-sign provider. Docusign is working to fix that.
