Cons
1. Growth for people who praise the company and senior management even for a super flop idea, not for the people who do the actual work. 2. Many times they try to push you to work on multiple projects for extra hours. 3. No value for your contribution to client work or appreciation from client. They have their own set of rules. 4. No recognition for what you have done, they only need people who speak a lot, not the people who really work. 5. So many initiatives or process changes, in fact nobody knows if something is achieved with those initiatives or what is the status or progress of the initiatives. 6. Very professional environment, you will be treated as an employee works for daily wage. 7. Too much of tracking daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities, goals. Off course, the management does not really cares what you have done for the entire year during your appraisal. It is just to have some data to show.
