Why do people take risk and join startup companies? if reason will be for fast growth and good money, don't join here. You get same high pressure station job alltime, no growth, work 12-14 hours per day and get less than market pay. Many employees leaving due to salary issues and management exploit remaining employees to do work. Poor annual appraisal system.
