      Pros

      Good company for freshers or interns only as salary and other ethical activities are very weak in this Company.

      Cons

      Salary is the weakest part here and for sales members, fuel allowances are included in the salary. If you have CTC 4.0 pa, your take home salary is mere 15k Per month after deducting PF, incentive part, and fuel allowance etc. This company is good for those who do not have any college degree.

      Pros

      I was able to work with an amazing staff, and mentor an amazing team that created amazing results in the company

      Cons

      Even though I exceeded annual goals and grew the company to its highest position, the managerial team did not let me grow bigger into the company because of preference in years, instead of production and hard work.
