Seems to be a good company overall, but.... - Physician Everett Clinic Employee Review

Pros

The mission of this company is patient-oriented rather than profit-based. It is a physician owned clinic. Many providers appear to be very happy working for this company for decades. Profit sharing and good reimbursement, 100 % paid for dues and board exam fees in addition to the regular educational stipend. Good salary.

Cons

I ended up having little personal life working extra hours and hours just to catch up with leftover work because the office had issues and created ineffective flow. The company has multiple locations, and your experience seems to depend on which one you are working at. Mine was definitely not run very well due to poor staffing and management. The whole company has very unreasonable goal of how many patients you have to see every week regardless of your high RVUs and enforce extended work if you do not meet the goal; you are screwed if your schedule is filled with higher levels of visits and lots of procedures compared to somebody who has high volumes filled with lower level of care.
