      The only pro is you will get the salary on time.

      Cons

      There are so many cons- 1. Deduct alary for silly reason. 2. if you take leave on saturday or monday then sunday will also get counted. it means that if you have come on saturday and took leave on monday your sunday will also marked as leave and they call it sandwich leave. One sided sandwitch. -_- 3. Always demotivates employees. 4. false claims.
