      Earlier, there were many employee benefits, but after the merger with Hitachi, most of those benefits are no longer available to employees.

      Cons

      They mostly have very short-term projects, typically lasting around 3 to 6 months, and they do not provide appraisals.

      Once the project was terminated, people were let go. So it was quite unstable. No benefits at all.
