Pros
The company work culture depends on project which is assigned to you. You may get good salary when you switch Harman as new company but dont expect anything more. I have heard that one of my senior got 1 percent hike in year 2025.
Cons
Less projects, once project get over you may have to wait for 30-60 days for new projects, also in this time they expect you to complete daily learning of at leat 5 hours. Also, as Harman connected Services is now aquired by WIPRO, work culture and other things will be affected accordingly.
