- Company leadership is giving regular updates on how business is going, and makes effort to be transparent. - Salary is great - You get a lot of flexibility (work from home, flextime,...)
Cons
- Most of the negative points are related to the fact that the Belgium office is small, and you notice the company does put much effort in understanding Belgian law and salary optimalization (our HR is located in Romania).
