Work-life balance: Flexible working hours (have to be in office 4 days a month) Growth potential: Regular performance reviews with the manager help to align goals and track progress, Strong rewards and recognition program: Regular appreciation through Spot Awards and other initiatives help boost morale and motivate high performance.

      Cons

      Workload spikes: There are periods of intense work around deadlines — not uncommon in any growing company — but they’re generally manageable.
