Leadership is unprofessional and get biased . Too intervening and judgemental on personal space and use the information against the person. Long meetings and no action. They expect the employee to work on personal time and do not appreciate people leaving on time. No work life balance. Leadership is immature and has limited professional expertise which effects the work style of professionals. Leadership promotes my way or highway. Hire and fire organization- if they have to fire anyone (mostly on personal grudges, performance is never the criteria), the entire leadership will come together to frame data against the person. Not a women friendly organization, Leadership stereotype women workers and do not see the professional capabilities. Do not appreciate ideas or suggestions from women. Leadership openly discuss other leaders personal life issues with the management and make many stories. Women leaders are expected to spend long hours of useless meeting with male bosses.
