      Timely payment of salaries WLB is fine, but unnecessarily we need to punch in for9h

      Cons

      Auto rating system which is unfair and also leads to unfair layoffs 9 hour mandatory punch in, 5 days a week Too many process changes

      - Working on a startup environment in the fin-tech space - Working with Indians and learning of the style of working in India

      Cons

      - Toxic work culture led by leadership - Tribal culture fueled by proximity to CEO and extreme sycophancy - Low salary, masked by stock options with underwater value and lack of any viable exit options
