Pros

This company does not even deserve one star, as it will ruin your career and life no matter how much money or position is promised. At the end of the day you will just be puppets in the hand of management and no matter how much time and energy you might invest, the company will be zero interested in your professional growth. This is not a professional Company, but a home setup which is the epitome of , where only a handful of yes-man employees, who are close to the management are considered as human beings. The ex-Partners now directors really do not care about anyone else and are actually quite transparent about this verbally and in their behavior. The rules of engagement for everyone else is quite different. Foolish HR policies and team. Fake promises made during the interviews and now even became worst after Acquistion by IQVIA. Many old and senior employees left resulting into anxiety and terror in current employees. No vision and transparency. Avg. 16 hours of work, favour given to girl employees. Partners and Seniors are in close junior girls in the team which is highly demotivating. It was my worst decision to join the company.

Cons

Covered above but yes Pool Table in cafeteria (not allowed to play) and WFH (PM's dont give it)

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
