Very worst company to rely on , Management is worst, sucks blood if no project and fires - Architect ITC Infotech Employee Review

No Work Life Balance culture as marked in the previous reviews (May be HR People kept them for publicity ). Management not worried on employees , if accidentally comes to bench , they will try to remove resources by giving basic salaries. Only billable or political persons can survive here. Covid 19 Pandemic situation , they wont allow to stay for serving notice period also as only basic salary payment is their worry.
