Company has good potential. Few good clients. Nothing much special.
Cons
The technology stack of yours can be changed in 1 or 2 weeks as per the clients requirements. You will miss the feeling of job security. Old employees at top level just want to rule; they will ask about your problem but, the movement you point out the problem ; they will defend it and say this is common across all the service base company blah blah ... HR management and policy keeps changing without taking account of impact on employees. HR's at top don't know how to speak with respect, these people really are a burden to organisation. Location wise employees are differentiated. A good company has no such differentiation at least if its operating in same country. If you are joining. Don't have so much expectation from the size that its a small and growing company - 'spending and treating the emploees with candies'. The organization size is just around 1k and it has already started taking measures as if its oversized -50k above. In Reality its a private company and they are just squeezing the juice out of employees. Lot of dependency on single client, Leaves are less ….etc etc ….
