1) The money you earned will not suffice as counter part to civil life. 2) worst organizational behavior all officers treat Airmen including warranted ranks like their paid slaves or servants. 3) policies for welfare only on papers not in action 4) they give unnecessary work tension which leads to disability like hypertension and diabetes and even mental disbalance. After putting 13yrs you will land up with all stress related diseases and even hair loss. They even not recommend for disability pension. They use you and throw you like banana peel. Never give you leave on time. If you want to become an airmen after first engagement of service your behavior become looser and loose your enthusiasm lost your good behaviour skills etc . It's best job for orphans and lazy fellows who don't want to achieve any thing in their life can very well join this job. Ensure stay in that service without family . If you want to lead your life like slave you can choose this job your profession. One thing keep your mind if this job and its environment good then no one quit this service.
