      Pros

      Been here eight years now. I have a very good manager, and good managers above him. Schedules are mostly reasonable, people are professional and friendly. Our office has grown a LOT over the past eight years.

      Cons

      Documentation could be better, I used to work for Linear Tech where documentation was outstanding so I wish it was as good as that here.
