Pros
Infineon Technologies is my first company after graduated from university. I went through apprenticeship program before I was hired as full-time employee. It is a good company for freshgrad if you want to learn deeper about semiconductor, industry automation. Salary is medium to good (not too high, but more than enough). Family gathering once a year, quarter bonus, not a crazy fast paced industry
Cons
Upside-down demand (normal for semiconductor sectors), sometimes 'seniority' culture. It will be tough & require many times to get promoted, required to submit for improvement projects. Talking about environment, it depends on several departments. Office politics? I believe it happens to all company(?)
