Pros
As a whole the company is good. You will get paid a decent wage if you negotiate. The specific site I worked for at the time had wonderful management while I was there and everyone was very kind. The people made it a great place to work.
Cons
Senior management pass downs can be disconnected from the processes and needs of the site. I left after my first boss was moved. The two replacements had a different vision for the site and processes that were disconnected from actual operations.
