The senior manager is completely unprofessional when it comes to task assignments. He gives you minimal and vague instructions and forces you to commit to them. When the project is successful, he won’t give you credit, but when it fails, he’ll blame it all on you. Whenever you make improvements to the plant, he’ll simply take all your presentation slides and make them his own. Additionally, the senior manager often fudges a lot of KPIs (cherry-picks) during his monthly review with upper management. And afterwards he expects you to deliver whatever he boasts about and commit to afterward.
