Thank you for sharing this, even though it's hard to read. We hear the disappointment, and we don't want to brush past any of it. Concerns around how products are positioned, how managers are supported, and how feedback is received are serious, and we take them seriously. Through our engagement surveys, we consistently address these themes and support our managers in-house so they don't have to figure things out on their own.
