The company has laid off almost 30% of their staff. To hide this, they are doing all this drama of hiring interns while other employees have been forced to resign. After letting go so many people they have been posting positive reviews. so shameful the management is. How a company treats their employees when they are vulnerable says a lot about the company. The management is greedy and shameless. It makes me laugh when they claim to be hiring people after firing so many people. Don't be fooled by all the recent positive reviews. They have been written to improve the rating. stay away from this good for nothing company. They think studying from IIT and IIM makes them superhuman. The founders have made a mess. They show off their funding and what not. just to fire people. I know many people have been laid off. Those who are thinking of joining Innovaccer, just stay away. You will never know when you will given a pink slip.
