      Pros

      Pros: Good job security, backed by union, yearly pay increase, objectively simple, management is reasonable, co workers are fine, lots of overtime offered.

      Cons

      Repetitive, no room for growth, back to back calls that feel robotic due to repetitiveness, hours are not so flexible dependant on department, job has no performance incentives but quick to coach if underperforming (nothing serious, maybe just an email)

      Pros

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
