      No career development or meaningful training opportunities • Annual raises are minimal (1–4%) • No bonuses or competitive incentives • Toxic and stressful work environment with poor management support • Very unprofessional recruiting process — told multiple times I was hired for other internal position and that a contract was being drafted, then completely ghosted with no follow-up

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
