      Good for Fresher (Just for starting 2yrs) Job Security is there as it is MNC, so enough of project available

      Cons

      Mostly Support works are there. No extra benifit like diwali bonus or anything Increment on yearly basis is just 3-4 % No team lunch / trip

      Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

      Cons

      Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
