Pros

There is nothing such as pros in this organisation

Cons

It's full of cons. You can't live your life if you join LendenClub. They take control over your life. You can't plan your weekend also because you don't know even you will get a weekend off or not because sometimes they make you work on weekend as well. They will treat you like a slave who owes his life to them. They don't think for the employee. Sometimes they even make you work on bank holidays. I have seen their brutality how they treat. And most imp you don't have a secure job over here. They give any reason just not to pay for the work you did and they will terminate you by giving any reason which is not even legit. I have seen whole team working just for the sake because they have to earn their bread and they are tensed 24x7. In this lockdown I saw that this company put many of the employees on sabbatical or unpaid leave and now they are hiring new. Seriously join at your own risk. There are many more to say but leave.

Pros

All events are celebrated timely

Cons

I strongly warn freshers — do not join this company, especially if you are being hired as a GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee). The company hires fresh graduates from colleges and then fires them within weeks, sometimes within a month, based on vague and misleading reasons. This is not just unprofessional — it's irresponsible and damaging to freshers' careers. What is even more concerning is that the Tech HOD is reportedly justifying these sudden terminations in the name of "AI", claiming automation or AI-driven decisions without transparency, proper evaluation, or fair opportunity for employees to learn and improve. This feels less like innovation and more like an excuse to remove employees without accountability. Freshers join their first job with trust, hope, and commitment. Terminating them abruptly based on unclear expectations and hiding behind buzzwords like AI is highly unethical. This behavior not only destroys confidence but also creates career gaps that impact candidates long-term. Major Red Flags 🚩 Hiring freshers and firing them within weeks Misleading information during hiring process Decisions justified vaguely in the name of "AI" No proper onboarding or training No fair performance evaluation period Zero job security for freshers This approach shows lack of leadership, poor management, and disregard for employees' careers and mental well-being. Freshers: Please think twice before accepting an offer here. Your first job shapes your career — don’t risk it with an organization that treats employees as disposable resources.
