1.Managers have huge issues with you if you dont contribute time towards a certain project. 2.they will take things on their ego and probably kick you out of the company. 3.canteen too small. 4.break time pretty short 5.favouritism 6.cominucation gap 7.employee problems to be not considerd, project requirement is the first priority 8.No incentives,comp-off or overtime approved. 9. Treath calls and messages if you failed to complete the work. 10.managers need to be little more co-operative towards their employees
