No pros as far as I remember. Pro is only for South Indian people. Or if you want benefit, accept Christianity, join mrf, they will treat you like damaad. Will give you respect, promotion everything. If you are hindu, Muslim or any other people... Better protect your career and search for better options.

Fights yes Slavery yes 24*7*365 working days yes Sunday open yes National holiday open yes Festival day open yes Harassment is to the extreme Will get free diseases No growth No HR policy No leaves If you have interest to fight you are welcome to join. 99% employee turnover ratio every year. Only one who is in HO are eligible for leaves and benefits. Rest all are like slave,,, needs to get ill treated whole year.
