Cons
Mobile phone not allowed. Fix timing. There is 6 days of working and we have to attend alternate saturday and they cuts SANDWITCH leaves also. Tea is allowed only break time before break time they will not give us tea. Torture employees and lack of support to employees by manager and director. Sometime if we late for only 10 min because of some reason so they cut half day. Only 2 breaks are provided to employees with total of 1 hour. No inter-communication allowed. Bonus cuts from our salary every month and gives that back as a annual bonus. Restriction on use of useful sites like YouTube, Gmail. No any type of fun activities are made in this company. No any type of backup of our regular work. Means if in any situation system crashso our work will gone with system. Not provided employees preferred softwares they force employee to work on their provided softwares only. Problems with hardwares of the system means mouse , keyboard not working properly. Restriction on download required or latest softwares. Director has too much ego. They fired some employees without warning and if they give warning so it's just 7 days before firing them. They make us feel like still we are going to school with many restrictions.
