      People are nice. It can be political at times but what job isn’t. PTO and sick time is generous.

      Cons

      Career progression is limited at my location. Most positions for early professionals are lateral moves.

      Pros

      Lots of project opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing regardless of department. Benefits are good. Team is overall personable.

      Cons

      Dry promotions are exceedingly common. Management is disconnected from what actually occurs on the floor. Management lacks technical ability, which wastes precious time with feeble administrative tasks. Complacency is common.
