1.) Forced OT regardless of personal responsibility outside of work no questions asked. 2.) Doesn't allow workers the opportunity to grow within the company. 3.) Desires "Yes people" instead of solid workers who should have the opportunities to grow and get better. 4.) Upper HR and management are terrible at communicating with workers on the floor, both interpersonal and professional unless delivering bad news.
