      Office in Nucleos - walking distance to MRT

      Cons

      Singapore employees are not valued - headcount shifted to cheaper locations such as India. Career development is stronger there. Re-organised to separate SEA and India. But Southeast Asia is still being run by people from India. What for? Because they have a small business in India, and they will redundant if they don't cover what is supposedly a role meant for Southeast Asia.

      Pros

      Lots of project opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing regardless of department. Benefits are good. Team is overall personable.

      Cons

      Dry promotions are exceedingly common. Management is disconnected from what actually occurs on the floor. Management lacks technical ability, which wastes precious time with feeble administrative tasks. Complacency is common.
