Supportive local management, reasonable work/life balance.

No consideration for country-specific work procedures, cultures, etc. from headquarters in Germany. Excess headcount problems in Germany are being resolved by workforce reduction in the US and other global locations.

I guess they are nice? They gave us ipads.

Not as much room for growth as they say it is.
