      Pros

      Well structured teams (at least the teams I was associated with). The SDE teams follow Agile in very well structured way.

      Cons

      Compromised job security. Hired me during the acquisition, was informed about it after getting hired. Then 2K employees were laid off after OpenText's full acquisition of Micro Focus
