Pros

Good learning environment for infrastructure, networking, cloud, and support technologies. * Exposure to enterprise clients and real-time production environments. * Friendly colleagues and supportive team culture in many projects. * Decent work-life balance compared to some aggressive service companies. * Good place for freshers to gain experience quickly. * Opportunities to learn multiple tools and technologies. * Hybrid/flexible work available in some teams. * Employees often mention stable culture and approachable teammates.

Cons

Salary growth may be slower compared to top-tier MNCs. * Career growth can depend heavily on project and manager.

Pros

Microland is an organization that prioritizes people who deliver their best to serve its customers. Its stead focus on infrastructure makes it right fit people who want to bet their career on infrastructure services

Cons

Relatively smaller organization has limited number of customers but that is also its strength as every employee's voice gets heard and valued.

Pros

None, avoid at all costs. The only pro that I can list is that they cannot receive negative Stars.

Cons

Failed to listen to advice that would have greatly helped them in the long run. Failure to pay employees promptly or in a timely fashion Inability to realize that they are incapable of meeting customer expectations with their current method of staffing and execution.
