The work from home was nice

The open office layout creates a noisy, overstimulating environment that makes it difficult to focus. Employees are frequently asked to take on responsibilities that were not discussed or agreed upon during the interview process. Overall, the office lacks organization, which adds to the day-to-day challenges of the role.
