Big Brand - Poor Communication - Account Manager Mitsubishi Employee Review

Very poor communication from mid-level to senior management. Emails often never replied to and phone calls ignored. This has now become a cultural habit across the business. Very slow company to process approvals or make decisions, if at all. Inexperienced Directors, talk a lot of Corporate jargon and buzzwords, but actually haven't said much at all and deliver nothing. Not very sales orientated, more interested in systems rather than looking after customers and people. Claim to be Net Zero experts - but haven't done anything significant themselves.
