Pros

Some high calibre people and great teamworkers. Flexible working.

Cons

Doesn't seem to be the same company it was 5-10 years ago. Collaboration giving way to cliques and silo mentality, but different teams could vary. People seem less valued.

Pros

There are some good people here and there, it is safe, it was a nice company at the beginning of my employment before things went downhill

Cons

No opportunities for growth, micromanagement, timesheet issues, low pay, cutting away benefits for employees while bragging that revenue grows, poor internal mobility

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for taking the time to reflect on your experience with us. We are glad to hear that the people and culture had positive aspects during your time at Mott MacDonald. We also take seriously your comments about progression, pay, and the gap between values and lived experience. Perspectives from former employees are valuable as we continue to listen, learn, and strengthen how our values are reflected across the organisation. We wish you all the best for the future.
