Bad and toxic work culture - Software Engineer Myntra Employee Review

The managers and top leadership are really toxic and backstabbers, they will throw junior developers under the bus to save themselves, most of them have not written a line of code in years. They will ask you to work on weekends and come to office everyday while they themselves will be taking leaves and wfh without any notice. Junior developers will not get any credit even if after doing most of the work but they will be the first ones to be blamed in case of a problem. The managers become abusive and toxic in public channels depending on their mood. There is also a lot of politics and favouritism, even after working very hard you will not get good rating or promotion while someone else who scrolls reels all day will get that because they have good relationship with the managers, there is no accountability of the managers, HR doesn’t support you if you call out this toxicity. They expect you to work like startups but the pay doesn’t match even 75% of the market rate. They will expect you to work on weekends and holidays but you will not get anything in return.
