Pros
The people and projects I worked on were outstanding, the experience as an intern couldn't be beat. the work to life balance was awesome. Pay is done through lump sum stipends, allows for quite a bit of money saving if you know your tax laws.
Cons
A ton of red tape on literally everything you do, even for an intern working on a declassified project your not allowed to show anyone your work unless you get it approved through their outreach office. Pay is a little low for a software engineer intern but still reasonable.
