Pros

1) Mostly WFH 2) Salary on time 3) Good leave policy 4) Latest technologies to work

Cons

1) 10 hours shift putted on employee forcefully by directors and managers in some project and this shift generally reaching till 12 hours as mostly manager keeping the meetings in last working hours and in last minute with client. 2 Manager's and director's dictatorship:- Here Manager's and director's don't know how to communicate with team and team's members. Even no respect for senior members. 3) Horrible tasks management on the name of agile: In some project, manager and directors told Stories verbally to implement and asked to complete asap. And once the work complete they changed there words and start blaming employee. If someone ask to keep all the things in written on task item, they will start targetting him. 4 ) Increment are not good and costly parental health insurance. 5) Difficult to have discussion with any hr in case of any queries

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
