1. Third party company. 2. They plays with their employees life. 3. HR dont have any organization knowledge. 4. They had contract with TCS only for 6 months and we were not aware about that, after 6 months they had informed us to resign. 5. Any company if having their contract with client then they firstly informed it to their employees but this company is not like that. They only look for their profit. HR's are also the same
