Hi everyone, I want to share my experience at NoBroker. I worked as a Relationship Manager for almost 3 years. During a family emergency when a member was in ICU, I requested a spot resignation, but HR insisted I serve notice. After the loss, I still couldn’t work, but was asked to rejoin or face termination. I was terminated despite my situation. Very disappointing experience

Hi everyone I want to share my experience working as a relationship manager in nobroker I worked there for almost 3 years and got terminated i will tell you. Why so my family member was in ICU still nobroker HR was forcing me to serve notice period i explained them and requested as well that I am not in situation to work so please allow me Spot resignation and unfortunately the person who was in ICU died it was seriously very hard time for me after submitting documents requesting following up so much they told me I have to rejoin or serve notice period or else they will terminate me in was not in state to work so they terminated me 3 years of loyalty and got nothing
