Product and Innovation Cant think of anything else

your fixed salary would be deducted if failed to achieve talk time or specified number of demo's in a week the package you negotiate is entirely a variable amount there nothing as fixed salary. Unrealistic targets. Lack of support. People do not stand by their words. Need smallest things as a written proof or on an Email.
