Pros
There is nothing good to share, they work in hire & fire mode. No matter which position you join they always hire as a part-time employee on there own payroll saying full time employee. They are in deadly remote in electronic city Bangalore, no matter where you stay it will take whole lot of effort to reach office. Talking about office ambience that is like horse ranch😀😀. Not safe for women employees, male employee see women like anything. Furthermore they use foul language in office premise. You will find only male employee, avoid exceptions.
Cons
They keep 15 days notice period purposely during probation, which you won't allowed to complete before they throw all new employees. If fortunately you complete the probation then also you will get only 30 days NP.
